• We do not control delivery drivers, timing, or handling once dispatched
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
• ID verification may be required upon delivery

In-Person Services

• Event access may require confirmation and ID
• Late arrivals or no-shows may be denied entry without refund

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Memberships, events, and access-based services are non-refundable
• Delivery orders are non-refundable once dispatched
